Welcome to Madhus London Heathrow, home to an authentic Punjabi experience with a Kenyan twist. It is one of the latest additions from the award winning Madhus restaurant and catering portfolio. Guests can enjoy a mix between two unique cultures including secret recipes handed down over four generations of the Anand family, founders of the Madhus concept.
Located inside the Sheraton Skyline London Heathrow, Madhus’s innovative menu is dominated by the Robata Grill which is full view of diners in the stylish surroundings of our newly refurbished restaurant.
Indian Fine Dining
Proud to be a family run business, Madhu’s has been at the heart of the family for four generations. It all began in Nairobi, Kenya, where Bishan Das Anand opened the legendary Brilliant Hotel and established himself as a successful name in the industry. Inspired by the work of their grandfather, Madhu’s Brilliant was opened in 1980 by Sanjay and Sanjeev Anand aged 17 and 16 respectively.
The name Madhu’s was derived from the nickname of their father Jagdish Kumar Anand. Their mother Krishna Kumari Anand and also head chef was instrumental in the success of Madhu’s Brilliant. In 2004 the company re-branded and changed the name to Madhu’s.
Khasta vegetable samosas - Homemade pastry pyramids, stuffed with spiced potato and peas.
Aloo tikki - Spiced potato patty, stuffed with fresh green peas. Served with chick peas yoghurt and tamarind chutney.
Tandoori paneer tikka - Indian cottage cheese, marinated in pomegranate and yoghurt, cooked in the clay oven
Kadai prawns - King Prawns, cooked in a traditional iron wok with a rich onion masala sauce.
Saag gosht - Slow cooked lamb, with fresh mustard and spinach leaves.
Murg makhni (n) - Tandoori chicken tikka, simmered in a velvety cream tomato sauce, flavored with fenugreek.
From the grill
Jhinga achari - Butterfly king prawns marinated with pickled spices, char-grilled.
Kekde ki tikki - Pan seared crab cake infused with mango and mustard.
Madhu’s machi - Whole Seabass in onion and carom seed marinade, cooked over charcoal.
Badam kulfi (n) - Traditional Indian ice cream with almonds.
Mango passion cheese cake - Rich and creamy cheesecake with blended mango and passion fruit.
Haagen-dazs ice cream - Your choice of Vanilla, Chocolate, Cookies and Cream or Strawberry.

Quality and Sustainability
Our chefs are committed to serving delicious food inspired by Madhu’s heritage. We aim to use only the best quality of food from local and sustainable sources; feel free to ask to speak to one of the chefs if you have any questions about the provenance of your food.
Born and brought up in India, Chef Gurmeet developed his culinary studies at a prestigious culinary institution. Overtime, he enhanced his skills and gained further experience by working in various 54 star hotels throughout India. He soon left, bringing his flare to Madhus Heathrow with both his experience of Indian and European dishes.
Whether it’s business dinner meeting or celebration our exclusive private dining rooms are the perfect space to entertain. Choose from both Chivas 12 and Chivas 18 to enjoy an enhanced Madhus dining experience close to London Heathrow.
There are some vegetarian options on the a la carte menu, including caprese salad, goat’s cheese salad and tomato soup and wild mushroom risotto.
